How does your pricing work?

We charge you a monthly subscription fee to use our service. This is charged when your free trial ends and every month after that.

Are there limits to how many employees I can pay?

Your subscription plan includes the cost of paying a set number of employees. You can however pay as many employees as you want, and we will charge you an additional fee for each extra employee.

What is an employee?

An employee is a distinct person that you pay in a month.

Am I charged for employees that are not paid in a month?

No. If you have employees registered in the system that are not paid regularly, for example ‘bank staff’ who cover sickness and holiday you will only be charged if you pay that employee in a month.

What is a company?

A company is an employer for HMRC purposes. That is, it is an entity with its own PAYE reference that makes payments to employees.
