How to delete an employee payment

Sometimes employees are added to a pay run when they shouldn’t be. Don’t worry, they can be removed in a couple of clicks.

Delete Payment Menu

First navigate to your pay run and select the employee you have paid in. Then open the employee payment drop down menu and click ‘Delete Payment’.

You will be shown a confirmation dialog, click ‘Delete’ and that employee payment will be removed.
