Sometimes you may need to reset your password. Select to Login as normal and there is a Forgotten Your Password? under Login.
You will be taken to Password Recovery where you can enter the email address you signed up with.
You will then be sent a token by email to enter and change the password.
I didn't receive an email?
Are you using the email you signed up with?
Did you enter the correct email address?
Did you receive a welcome email from us when you first signed up? If not, you may have signed up with an incorrect email.
The token isn't working
Have you copied the token from the email and entered a new password?
Did you close the browser? You need to keep the browser open for the token to work.
Do you have auto-fill on your browser? Sometimes, the browser is very good at attempting to predict your names and passwords for you. Delete any pre-filled boxes and re-enter the information.
